Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Unauthorized charged on your credit/debit card, Paypal or any other payment methods and your order must not be delivered
  2. We are unable to fulfill your order due to the lack of stock or unable to deliver your items due to the item is not available anymore.
  3. Your account has been blocked / banned by using our reload service and the account blocking/banning reason is the purchase of MooGold’s reload service.
  4. You have not purchase any 3rd party top-ups before and after 30 days of using MooGold’s reload service.

        To complete your return, please contact our Customer Support LiveChat or through email to [email protected] We require a receipt or              proof of purchase in MooGold for the payment to be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your payment accounts again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
